At Paint Boxx, we make transformations simple. We have a simple 5 step process to make our work run as smoothly as possible.

1 – Site visit – finalise estimate, any queries ironed out, discuss colour choice and finish 
2 – Day 1 of works on site –

Removal of all easily removable items such as doors & drawers. Any such items will be taken away to our factory to be processed.
* turnaround 1 side only – approx. 2 days
* turnaround 2 sides – approx. 3 days

All surrounding areas & Items will be protected with polythene sheeting & paper ready for the preparation & spraying of anything non removable such as –
side panels, kick boards, plinths, cornices, carcass (if required)

3 – Spraying will commence

All protection will be removed and taken off site

4 – Works off site will commence – turnaround time approx. 3-5 days
5 – Day 2 on site works completed
All doors will be re-fitted leaving you with your new revitalised kitchen

We aim to have your kitchen fully complete within 5 days

Note: turnaround times are dependent on project size & complexity, subject to drying times, quality control checks & production availability

We aim to complete works within a day or two, project size dependant – providing you with your beautifully recoated windows & doors in no time at all!

The spraying of a garage door is completed within the day

2 – Works will commence on the preparation of the door – sanding/cleaning
3 – All surrounding areas will be protected & masked ready for spraying
4 – Spaying will commence
5 – All protection will be removed and taken off site leaving you with your revitalised garage door for years to come

1 – Your item will be Shotblasted to remove any existing coatings & corrosion
2 – A coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate will be applied
3 – A UV stable polyurethane topcoat to a colour of your choice will be applied

Our coating system carries a 10-year guarantee* against corrosion
